All artworks are limited edition fine art prints, produced to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oana@mrv23.photography, including: clear photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork; the certificate of authenticity and your order number.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt and contacting us as soon as possible if there are any issues, so we can resolve them quickly and efficiently. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
